Abstract：Asaprobleminthefieldofasistedreproduction，advancedaged womencurrentlyadoptavarietyofmethods forpersonalizedtreatmentndtraditionalChinesemedicinehasertainadvantagesintreatingadvancedagedinfertilityBasedontheharac teristicsofageandang，asedonthecharacteristicsofmdepeopleslife，thispaperproosesthatifertlityatanadvancedageis closelyrelatedto“yangdeficiency”，andthe treatment method is mainly“warmyang”，seeking yang in yin，andslowing down yang. Iwouldliketolistthreecases，namelytheYinzucaseofwamingandnourishngblood，thecaseofouguiPillofwarmadstran Tian Gui，and the case of Wenjing decoction of wanming and unblocking meridians，for clinical reference.
