Experience in theDiagnosis and Treatment of Graves Eye Disease in a Patient With Hyperthyroidism 131I after Treatment

Abstract：Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy（TAO），also knownas Graves’ophthalmopathy（GO），isacommonautoimmune diseaseinclcalpracti，hichserouslyectstetreamentandsadardoflifeoftepatintsTepatogsisoftdaociatedophthalmopathy（TAO）isnotyetclear，andthemaintreatmentissymptomatictreatment.Thispapermainly introducethecase report of Graves eye disease in hyperthyroidism patients after 131I treatment，which was characterized by high levels of TRAb，TPOAb，TgAbandiceasdlercels，ndceedgooduratieectthoughintegatedtreamntoftraditioalCineeadst ermedicine.ThisreporprovidesreferenceandideasforclinicaltreatmentofthyroidrelatedeediseasesTexpandteclinicalhistory of thyroid -related eye disease caused by 131I treatment.

甲状腺功能亢进症（hyperthyroidism）是指甲状腺持续合成和分泌过多甲状腺激素而引起的内分泌疾病，其甲状腺功能特点为血清促甲状腺激素（thyroidstimulatinghormone，TSH）降低，游离甲状腺素（free throxine， FT4 ）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（free triiodothyroine， FT3 ）升高，其治疗方法包括抗甲状腺药物、放射性 131I 治疗和甲状腺切除手术。（剩余7247字）
