Optimizationof theExtractionandPreparationof Tinea PedisEffervescent Ball

Abstract：Objective Todevelopa Chinese herbal medicineasraw material，cantreat tinea pedisandcary，easy touse inea pedisefervescentball，andoptimizeitsextractionandpreparationprocess.MethodsThetraditionaldecoctionmethodwasusedforextraction，andtheoptimalextractionschemewasobtainedbyorthogonaltest.Theformulationwasoptimizedbyresponsesurfacemeth od.ResultsTeoptimumexractionprocesssasfolows：decoctionfor3times，1hachtime，8timestheamountofwaterndthe extraction rate was 15.81% ．The formulation was as follows：drug 10% ，carboxymethyl chitosan 15.00% ，disintegrating agent 41. 65 % ，polyvinylpyrrolidone 5.63% ，acid - base ratio of disintegrating agent 1：1.47，and the remaining amount was supplemented withanhydroussodiumsulfate.Thepreparedineapedisefervescentballhasacompletesuface，anidealdisintegrationtimeliitand an idealfoamingamount.Concusion Teextractionandpreparatioprocessof tineapedisfervesentallissimple，conveintto carry and use，and lays a foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine efervescent agent.
