Abstract：Thefrequent eyeblinkingisacommonpediatricdiseaseinophthalmologyinrecentyears，withbinocularfrequency blinkinga itsmainfeature.Thebasicetiologyandpathogenesisofthetreatmentfromliverandsplenareweaknesofthespleenand stomach，spleendfunctionspleendiseaseandliver，whichleadstoteinabilityfQandbloodtoourishteeys，soisdisee occurs.BasedonthetheoryofmeridianflowofQiandbloodflowof12 meridiansandthelawofthehour，thispaperselectshetime ofthe spleenmeridan，stimulatingtheearpointpresureeanpartotreatexcusionnotes，nordertoenhancetheefectftrngt ningthesplenandclearingtheliver，clearingthewindandbrighteningtheeyes，unblockingtheeyemeridianQiandblood，extinguishingthewindandstoppingexcursionnotes，andwithcasesforverification.Thetheoryofmeridianandmeridianflowistheguide ofTCMtimemedicine.Chosingtherighttimefortreatmenthastheefectoftwicetheresultwithhalfthfort.Basedonthis，itcan provideanewtreatmentplanforthetreatmentof other types ofsymptomssuch asspleen deficiencyand liverexuberance.
