Abstract:Theactivesubstances seabuckthornhavetheeffectsreducing myocardialcontractility protecting theheart. This articleusesseabuckthornfruitsfromtwosubspeciesthreeproductionareasin China,aswellasaseabuckthorn juice beverage,todetettetsods,lolstoyasieedsspiely;Adeef tivesubstanceontheisolatedfrogheart.Theresultsshowedthattheorderactivesubstancecontentfromhightolowwas:Chinese seabuckthorn(from Lvliang) > Central Asian seabuckthorn(from Ta County) > Central Asian seabuckthorn (from Kashgar City); The inhibition rates water extract extract on frog heart contractility were 50.4% 77.0% , 57.7% 74.8%, 53.3% (204号 55.3% ,respectively. The inhibition rate seabuckthorn beverage was 68.2% , the difference was extremely significant ( P<0 O1).Afteradingfourtypescardiacreceptorblockers,theefectseabuckthoextractonfrogheartalphabetareeptorssignificantly decreased,while the effect on M receptors Ca2+ channels did not change significantly. This indicates that the active substancesseabuckthorhavethefectreducing myocardialcontractility,whichisrelatedtoalphabetareceptosdoesnot directly act on M receptors Ca2+ channels.

沙棘(HippophaerhamnoidesL.)属于胡颓子科沙棘属,别名又叫醋柳果、醋刺柳、酸刺、黑刺、醋柳等,为小灌木或乔木,其茎、叶、花、果、籽均可入药,具有悠久的药用历史,是蒙古族、藏族习用药材,曾先后被《月王药诊》《四部医典》《晶珠本草》《蒙药正典》《中华人民共和国药典》等书记载[1]。(剩余8500字)
