Exploring the Formula Composition and Medication Rules of OralPrescriptions in Yizong Jinjian for Treating Pruritic Skin Diseases Based on Data Mining

Abstract：ObjectiveToprovidetheoreticalreferencefor clinical medicationandresearch byconducting data mining andanalysis ontheformulacompositionandmedicationrulesoforalprescriptionsfortreating pruriticskindiseasesinYizong Jinjian.MethodsThe Traditional Chinese MedicineInheritaneAuiliryPlatform（V2.5）wasusedtoanalyzethe medicationsofalloralprescriptionsfor treatingskinpruritusiYizongJinianandtodeterminethefrequencyofachdrugintheprescriptionsandtheassociationlesbetweendrugs.ResultsAtotalof67presciptiosmetingtheieriawereretrievedcluding179trditioalCnesemedicis.e maindrugsusedwereSaposhnikoviaeRadix（Fangfeng），AngelicaeSinensisRadix（Danggui），andChuanxiongRhizoma（Chuanxiong）.Themedicinal propertieswere mostlywarmandcold，theflavorsweremostlybiterandpungent，andthe meridiantropisms were mainlythespleen，liver，andstomachmeridians.There were6pairsoftraditionalChinese medicinecombinationswithasport degree ⩾10 ；unsupervised entropyclustering analysis obtained5 potentialnewprescriptions fortreating skin pruritus.Conclusion YizongJinjianholdsthatskinpruritusismostlycausedbyintealheat，exteralpathogeninvasion，combinedintealandexternal pathogenslodginginthemusclesurface，aswellassinmalnutrionduetodeficiency.Thetherapeuticprinciplesmainlyfocusondispeling wind，dryingdampess，clearinghat，andourisingbloodandmoisteningdryess，whileadministeringincombinatiowith Qi-tonifying drugs andchannel-guiding drugs tolead thedrugs upward toreachthe musclesurface.Entropy hierarchicalclustering analysisobtained5potentialnewprescriptions，providingatheoreticaleferenceforfolow-upresearchonoral traditional Chinese medicine for treating skin pruritus.
