Proved Cases of Chaichen Zexie Decoction in the Treatment of Hypertensive Nephropathy

Abstract：Hypertensivenephropathyisoneof thecommoncomplicationsof chronic kidneydiseasecaused bylong-termincrease inbloodpressreItisorecommoninmidle-agedandelderlypatintsover5Oyearsold，andisprevalenceisicreasingyearby year.At present，Westernmedicine generallyusesantihypertensivedrugstocontrol theocurrenceanddevelopmentof diseases.In recentyears，Traditional Chinese medicinehasmadenewbreakthroughs inthepreventionandtreatmentofhypertensivenephropathy， andhasarelativelysignificantclinicalefect.Inmorethan3Oyearsofclinicalpractice，ProfesorMA HongbinhasstudiedZhonging theoryasthebasis，andextensivelysudiesvarioustheories，gatherremarkablepassgesandcullodelsentences，andteaspiration oftheyouth，steppingforwardtowardsreatnessTheclinicaltreatmentofChaichenZexie Decoction，emphasiingthecombationof disease，reflects the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation，both symptoms and root causes.

高血压肾病（hypertensivenephropathy，HN）是由于长期血压控制不佳导致肾实质损害，进而形成肾小球硬化、肾小管萎缩以及肾间质纤维化等病理改变的一种疾病，最终可进展至终末期肾病，且目前尚无根治措施，一般通过控制血压、降低尿蛋白、减少靶器官损害等关键手段来延缓疾病的发展[1-2]。（剩余5590字）
