Abstract：Guizhou Miao medicinehsalong historyanddistinctregionalcharacteristics.Ithassignificanttherapeuticefectson chronic painsyndrome，numbness，limb spasmandcerebrovasulardiseases.According to Miao medicine，theocurrenceof sciatica iscloselyrelatedtotheintealtoxinandtheexteralcoldtoxin，heattoxin，windtoxinanddamptoxin.Theinvasionoftoxiand pathogencandamage tendonsandveins，erodejoints，andcausebone entanglement.Forthediagnosisandtreatmentof sciatica，the author'steamemphasizesthediseasesausedbytheinvasionoffrenttoxisandpathogens，andusesdiferentcharacteristictherapiesofmiaomedicinetoeradicatepathogensandtoxins，ipateblodbyventilationunblockveinsbytendons，andregulatedisor dertotheroot.Forthe“poison”damagelessthan，theuseofmiao medicinetosupplementheHuiqi，exorcismanddetoxification. Thecharacteristicterapyofmiaomedicineiseasytobeaceptedbypatientsbecauseofitsadvanagesofsimpleoperation，imediate curativeefectandfewsideefectsTheauthorsummarizesthetreatmentexperienceofourteamtoproviderferenceforclinicaldiagno sis and treatment，in order to expand the further development of Guizhou Miao medicine theory.
