Abstract：ObjectiveToestablishthehighperformance liquidchromatograghymethodforthecontentdeterminationofCaffeic acid in Chaihu Liqi Tables. Methods The chromatographic column was Titank C18（ 250.0mm×4.6mm5μm） ，the mobile phase was methanol- 0.1% phosphate acid solution（26：74），detection wavelength was 323nm ，the column temperature was ，the flowratewas 1.0mL/min ，and the injectionvolume was 10μL .Results Caffeicacid showeda goodlinearityintherangeof2.991- 8.973μg/mL ，and the linear equation was Y=55.274X+17.846 （ r=0.9996 ， n=6 ）；theRSD of precision，stability and repeatabilitywere 0. 33% ， 1.03% and 1.18% ；and the average recoverywas 100.08% ，with RSDof 1.56% （ n=9 ）.Conclusion This methodhasgodsystemsuitability，ighsensivitauracyandlability，whichcaneusedfortedeterminationofCfficcidin Chaihu Liqi Tables.

柴胡理气片，原名乳康灵片，源于我院的协议处方，具有疏肝理气、消瘀散结的功效，用于肝气郁结，气滞血瘀所致的乳腺疾病，因其疗效显著，被后勤保障部卫生局批准为非标准制剂[批准文号：联制字（2022）F052002]。（剩余4308字）
