Abstract：Objective Tepaper wastoestablishthequalitystandardofJieduSanjiePilsand toconductroutineinspectionof pil dosage forms.MethodsThemoisture，disolutiontime，weightdiference，loadingcapacity，water-solubleextractsandmicrobial limitofJieduSnjiePillsweredetectedScutellriabarbata，Oldenandadiusa，Agrimonapilosa，AngecasinnsisadLigusticm chuanxiongwerequalitativelyidentifiedbythinlayerchromatogaphy（TC）.ResultsThemoisture，dissolutiontime，weightdiference，loadingapacity，watersubleextractsndmrobialliitofJieduSanjiePllsweralilewithherelevantreglatiosof PharmacopoeiaofthePeople'sRepublicofChina（O2eition）.Sutellriabarbata，Oldenlandiadiusa，Agrimoniapilosa，Agelica sinensisandLigusticumchuanxionghadclearfluorescentspots inTLCassayndnosuchspotswerefoundinnegativecontrol.ConclusionThe methodhastheadvantagesofsimpleperation，accurateandreliableresultsandgoodrepeatabilityandcanffectively control the quality of Jiedu SanjiePills.

解毒散结丸（原名抗癌散结方）是广西中医药大学第一附属医院国家重点专科肝病科胡振斌主任应用多年的临床经验方，处方针对肝癌的病因病机遣方选药，由柴胡、黄芪、当归、川芎、薏苡仁、猪苓、半枝莲、白花蛇舌草、山慈菇、仙鹤草等中药组成，全方具有清肝解毒、祛瘀散结之功。（剩余4505字）
