Abstract：Menstrualheadacheisacommonandfrequentdisease inwomen，whichcauses great rouble tothelifeofpatients.Although Westemedicinetreatmentoftisdiseasehasacertainefect，buttereareasytoelapseaftertreatment，drugsideefcts andotherdeficiencies.Acupuncturehasagoodefectonthetreatmentofthisdisease.AsatraditionalChinesemedicinetreatment method，ithasteharacteristicsofsiplepertiofedveeeactosndpstiecurativectGuan’songueedeise resentativeofspecialacupunctureinGuan’sacupuncturetreatment，byregulatingthefunctionoftheviscera，adjustingtheYinand YangofQiandbloodtotreatmenstrualhadache，hasachievedagoodclinicalefect，andfurtherbroadensthetreatmentofthisdisease，worthyofclinicalapplicationandpromotionInthispaper，thesourcecharacteristicsandoperationmethodsofGuan’stongue needle are summarized，and a case is attached for your pleasure.
