Abstract：Coughvariant asthma（CVA）isaspecial typeof asthmathatmainly presents with repeatedcoughsand is not accompaniedbywheezingandshornessofbreath.Inrecentyears，itsincidence inclinical practicehasbeenincreasingyearbyyear.ProfesorJinZhaoui，inlong-termclinicalpractic，thoughtheanalysisofTCMsyndromedferentiationandtreatment，clssifiedit intothecategoryof“coughdisease".Shebelievesthatitsetiologyandpathogenesisaretheunfavorabletripleenergizer，thelatent phlegm-dampness，theactivationbywindpathogen，thefailureofthelungstodisperseanddescend，andtheupwardreversalof lungqi，ndconcludesthat“theunfavorabletripleenergizeristhekeyfactorinitspathogenesisprocess.Intreatmentthetreatment methodistodisperse windandventilatethelungs，relievecoughandreducephlegm，focusingondredgingthetriplenergizer andregulatingqimovement.TheZhisouPowderisusedforclinicalmodfcation.Inlinicalpractice，accordingtothespecificsiuationof patients，otherTCMtreatment methodssuchaslearingheat，dispelingcold，nourishingyin，moistenigdryness，prooting qimovement，andpromotingblodcirculationaresupplemented，andremarkableresultshavebenachievedinclinicaldiagosisand treatment.One verified case is attached as evidence.
