Abstract：Abdominal painduring pregnancyisoneof thecommonconditions during pregnancy，anditcanseriouslyaffectthe safetyofbothmotherandchild.IntraditionalChinesemedicine，theoccurrnceofabdominalpainduringpregnancyiselatedtothe functionofstoringbloodanddispersingqiofteliver.Whentheliversfuctionofstoringbloodanddispersigqiisdsoderdaious pathologicalstatescanarise，leadingtopainduetoinsuficientnourishmentorobstruction.Intreatment，emphasisshouldbe placedontreatingtheliver，withafocusonnourishingliverblood，clearingawayheat，andregulatingtheliverandsplen.This approachaims toachievetheefectofstabilizingthefetusandrelievingpain.Thisarticleproposesanewapproachtotreatingabdominal painduring pregnancybasedonthetheoryof“theliverstoringbloodandgoverningqi”，withthehopeofprovidingnewideasforthe treatment of abdominal pain during pregnancy.
