高职高专大学生档案管理问题及优化路径研究

摘 要：大学生档案管理是一项非常重要的工作。大学生档案不仅记录学生在校期间的表现，还是其人事档案构成的基础。在“互联网+”时代，高校更要重视大学生档案管理工作，不断创新档案管理工作机制体制，实现大学生档案资源的有效利用。
