机械刀具刀刃电动打磨装置的研究与设计

摘 要：在金属切削加工过程中需要对刀刃进行打磨处理，但现有的打磨装置无法对不同类型的刀具进行多角度打磨处理，从而为人们的使用带来不便，为此，本文通过对现有刀具打磨装置的分析、研究，设计了一款适合各种机械刀具刀刃打磨装置。

Abstract：The process of metal cutting，it is necessary to polish the cutting edge，but the existing polishing device cannot polish different types of tools from multiple angles，which brings inconvenience to people's use.Therefore，this paper designs a grinding device suitable for all kinds of mechanical tools through the analysis and research of the existing tool grinding device.

在制造业中对于零件的加工较多是采用刀具对金属进行切削，刀具在使用过程中会随着加工零件数量、加工材料、切削参数等因素发生磨损，磨损后的刀具不能保证加工质量而严重影响工作效率，为此要对刀具进行刃磨，经过刃磨后的刀具仍可使用。（剩余2870字）
