基于青年教师企业实践的“3D建模与打印技术”课程项目化教学的实践与探索

摘 要：本文基于青年教师企业实践项目，深入企业实践了解行业发展趋势，调研企业用人标准。通过分析调研企业不同岗位工作内容及企业用人需求，并基于校内专业课程“3D建模与打印技术”，重新制定本课程的培养目标。同时，结合企业项目典型案例——出线操作机构，从而探索对接企业岗位的项目化教学内容。

Abstract：Based on the enterprise practice project of young teachers，this paper goes deep into enterprise practice to understand the development trend of the industry and investigate the employment standards of enterprises.By analyzing and investigating the work contents of different positions and the employment needs of enterprises，and based on the school professional course 3D modeling and printing technology，the training objectives of this course are re formulated.At the same time，combined with the typical case of enterprise projects outgoing line operating mechanism，the projectbased teaching content for docking enterprise posts is explored.

1 青年教师企业实践的背景和意义
