基于PDCA循环理论对电厂冷却塔噪声治理技术研究

摘 要:冷却塔是火力发电厂的重要组成部分,其噪声源是影响厂界噪声的主要因素。本文调研了我国学者对电厂冷却塔噪声问题进行的研究,提出电厂应重视冷却塔噪声的问题,探究PDCA循环理论在电厂冷却塔噪声治理中的应用,提出适合解决办法及相关措施,以降低噪声对作业人员以及工艺设备带来的影响。

Abstract:Cooling tower is an important part of thermal power plant,and its noise source is the main factor affecting the noise of plant boundary.This paper investigated the research of Chinese scholars on the noise problem of cooling tower in power plant,proposed that power plant should pay attention to the noise problem of cooling tower,explored the application of PDCA cycle theory in the noise control of cooling tower in power plant,proposed suitable solutions and relevant measures to reduce the impact of noise on operators and process equipment.
