Green Finance，Progress in Green Technology and Development of New-Quality Productivity ： The Regulatory Effect of Environmental Regulations

Abstract：Green finance plays an indispensable role in promoting the development of new-quality productive forces and the advancement of green technology.Based on the panel data of 31 provincial-level regions in China from 2O10 to 2022，this paper explores therelationshipand influence between green finance and new-quality productive forces.The study finds that green finance promotes the development of new-quality productive forces，and the advancement of green technology plays a partial mediating role in this relationship，whileenvironmental regulation positively moderates this relationship.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the promoting effect of green finance on new-quality productive forces is stronger in the eastern regions and areas with a high level of education.This is mainly because the eastern regions have complete infrastructure and mature market institutions，and regions with a high level of education have strong innovation capabilities and abundant human capital.The research findings provide a theoretical reference for deepening the policy practice of green finance in supporting the development of new-quality productive forces.
