Intellectual Property Rights Empowering the Development of New Quality Productivity ： Internal Logic，Current Challenges，and FutureDirections

Abstract：Intellctual property is an important ownership guarantee for the development of new quality productivity，and empowering the development of new quality productivity with intellectual property can also provide new ideas for high-quality economic development in practice.Based on this，this article uses research methods such as literature review and logical reasoning to analyze the inherent logic of intellctual property empowering the development of new quality productivity.That is，intellctual propertyfurther promotes the development of new quality productivity by protecting innovative achievements，promoting technology diffusion，incentivizing innovative talents，and modernizing intelectual property governance capabilities.However，the imperfect institutional design，market trading platform functions，and protection mechanisms of intellectual property further hinder the development of new quality productivity empowered by intellctual property.Therefore，this paper further takes the four dimensions of system，market，society and internationalization as its starting points，and proposes practical ways to strengthen social support，cultivate the market environment，improve the institutional system，and deepen international cooperation for intellctual property to empower the development of new-quality productive forces.
