Abstract:BasedontheAfectiveEvents Theory,thisresearch conducted three empirical studies tosystematically examinetheframeworkofurbanimage buildingand itscommunicationefectontheDouyinshort-videoplatform.Research Experiment One focuses on thesymbolicconstructionof the mediapicture,and empirically examines theframework effctofDouyin'sshortvideo narativeframeworkontheperceptionofHarbin'surbanimage,andreveals thesignificant differences inthepublic'soverallandmulti-imensional perceptioncausedbydiferentnarrativeorientations.Research Experiment Twodelves deeplyinto the mediating and moderating roles of emotionalresponses and personality traits inimageperception.Bystablishngamodel,itclarifiesthemediatingpathofsortvideocontentatributes througheotional responsesand,udertheegulatioofopeess,explores theomplex procsofthepublic'sognitiveevaluationoftecitys image,posingahallengetothetaditioallinearelationshipodelofmotio-cogionResearchExperimentTreefocuses ontherepair mechanism of government discourse in the crisis communication ofurban negative image,verifying the emotionalcompensation governance effectthat therepair measures implemented bythe government onthe mediaplatform canplayin alleviating theperception ofnegativeurban image,as wellas the mediating mechanism of emotionalresponse and theregulatory mechanism of personality in the processof urban image repair.This study actively integrates the perspectives ofcommunicationstudiesand psychology,providinganoperationalreferenceframework fortheimage communicationandcrisisresponsepracticesofothercities intheIntermet era,andpointingoutthedirection fortheurban image construction strategies and media platform optimization.
