Abstract：This studytook 2，058 journal papers onintermationalcommunication from the Chinese mainland included in CNKIin2024as theanalyticalsampleandconstructedaknowledge map bymeansofbibliometric methods.Through keywordco-occurrenceand clustering analysis，the theoretical hotspots inthefieldof intemationalcommunication in 2024 were pinpointed.The analysis reveals that research on cultural dissmination under theguidanceof Xi Jinping Thought on Culture hasreceived the most extensive attention from the academic community，and there has been a notableupsurge intheexplorationoftellingthestoryofChina'smodernization.Intheaspectofpracticalinnovation，both officialiscoursesandfolknarativesareactivelyinvolved.Regardingcontent，significantinnovationsandbreakthroughs have beenachieved inmultipleareassuchasculture，scienceandtechnologyandecology.Intermsof methods，digital products with anentertainment-orientedapproachhavecontinued tobe wel-received.Basedonthe visual analysisof bibliometric data， future internationalcommunication research should place greater emphasis on fundamental and interdisciplinary studies，aiming toimprove thequalityandeficiencyofsubsequent researchand practical endeavors in international communication.
