Abstract：Thenew generationof digital environment provides new historicalopportunities for the living inheritance of nationalculture.Basedontheperspectiveofreflectivepracticetheorytispaperanalyses theprofesionalpracticecase ofanexcelentruralteacherwhohasbeen exploring theinformatisationofnationalculture transmissonteaching inthepast tenyears，aimingtoexplorehowdigital technologyempowers thetransmissionofnationalculture.Throughtheexcavation， acquisition，intemalisation，vauation，aringandexteralisationofigitalethniccultralknowedge，ruralteacrs，a designersofethnicculturallearmingactivities，reflective practitionersandinterpretersofinheritance，haveexpandedthe applicationlevelof‘Internet+'technology，thepromotionlevelofdigitaltechnology，andthedockinglevelofmobile terminals，thus giving fullplaytothedriving forceofdigital technology innovationand development.This process promotes the transformation of national culture from astatic closed loop toa living and open inheritance.

一、研究背景和方法

2021年8月，中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于进一步加强非物质文化遗产保护工作的意见》指出，加强革命老区、民族地区、边疆地区、脱贫地区非物质文化遗产保护传承，在中小学开设非物质文化遗产特色课程，鼓励建设国家级非物质文化遗产代表性项目特色中小学传承基地。（剩余10192字）
