Abstract：Theaplicationofarticalintellgenceinthefieldofeducationisgraduallyevolvigfromageneralconversational stagetoaprofesionalstagethatdeplyintegratesdomainknowledge.ThecombinationofknowledgegraphsandRetrievalAugmentedGenerationtechnologyprovidesarobusttechnicalapproachtoadresstheissuesofinsuficientknowledgeasociation intradtionalRAGparsingmethodsandweakinteractivityofknowledgegraphs.Thispaper，byexploringtheaplicationvaluof GraphRAG（GraphRetrieval-AugmentedGeneration）technologyintheeducationfield，andconductingsystemdesignandtesting， developsanintellgentteachingsystembasedonamulti-modalgraphdatabasewasdevelopedwithafocusonoptimizingprompt WordsanddatabaseselectionExperimentalresultsshowthatGraphRAGcanaccuratelyextractknowledgeassociationsandgenerate moreprecise responses，thereby supporting personalized teaching.
