Abstract：AstheworlsrgestaircargohubHongKongisacicalodeincross-bordereommerceinteratioallogistis.is studyaddressesineffcienciesinGuangdong-HongKongcustomsclearance，suchasisolatedinformationsystems，redundant documentationandcmbersomeprocesses，byanalyingthefulainprocessfor61xportgoods—fromGuangdongwareousesto HongKong'sdeparturetakingthe961oexportmodelasacasestudyAninovativesolutionisproposed：anintelgentsystem leveraginglarge-modelAIAgentsandadynamicknowledgebase，whichconstructsacros-bordertradedynamicknowledgebase enablesmliagentlborationdasinteligentmanagementofntirerossiudingdersustseaaid transhipment. Thissystem automates core operations including data collection，document recognition （93.2% accuracy in parsing complexforms），riskverifcationand"oneformfortwodclarations"tobothChineseandHongKongcustomsplatforms.Empirical resultsshowthatforcompanieslikeSHEINapplyingthesystem，theaverageclearancetimeissignificantlyreducedandcostsare cut byapproximately 40% ，offering an innovativeandvalidated technical path forcross-bordere-commerce smart customsclearance.
