Abstract：Thispaperadresesissuessuchasfragmentedresourcesandsingle-dimensionalevaluationintheteachingofBigData Technologycoursesbyproposinga"Big Data Technology"AIcoursedevelopmentschemedrivenbyKnowledge Graph （KG）.The schememainlyconsistsof threemodules：knowledgesystemconstruction，multi-dimensionalknowledgegraph modeling，and intelligent teaching applications，forming a "data $$ knowledge $$ application" module-collaborative closed-loop system. Using multisourcecourse-relateddataresources，afour-dimensionalcourseknowledgegraphencompasingknowledgepoints，competencies， problems，andresources-wasconstructedontheSuperStarLearningPassplatform.Basedonthis，teacherscanperformdynamic learningsituationanalysis，providepersonalizedlearningguidance，recommendleaingpaths，andimplementA-oweredinteligent Q&Ateachingapplications.Practicalresultsdemonstratethatthisapproachenhancesteachingqualitythroughstudentlearning analyticsandpersonalizedrecommendations，innovativelyrealizingthein-depthintegrationofknowledgegraphswithteaching practices and provides an effective pathway for educational digital transformation.
