Abstract:Thispaperadresesissuessuchasfragmentedresourcesandsingle-dimensionalevaluationintheteachingofBigData Technologycoursesbyproposinga"Big Data Technology"AIcoursedevelopmentschemedrivenbyKnowledge Graph (KG).The schememainlyconsistsof threemodules:knowledgesystemconstruction,multi-dimensionalknowledgegraph modeling,and intelligent teaching applications,forming a "data $$ knowledge $$ application" module-collaborative closed-loop system. Using multisourcecourse-relateddataresources,afour-dimensionalcourseknowledgegraphencompasingknowledgepoints,competencies, problems,andresources-wasconstructedontheSuperStarLearningPassplatform.Basedonthis,teacherscanperformdynamic learningsituationanalysis,providepersonalizedlearningguidance,recommendleaingpaths,andimplementA-oweredinteligent Q&Ateachingapplications.Practicalresultsdemonstratethatthisapproachenhancesteachingqualitythroughstudentlearning analyticsandpersonalizedrecommendations,innovativelyrealizingthein-depthintegrationofknowledgegraphswithteaching practices and provides an effective pathway for educational digital transformation.
