Abstract：Thisstudyuses fuy-setqualiativecomparativeanalysis（fsQCA）toconductaconditionalconfigurationanalysiswith 51industry-educationintegrationprojectsinthesmarthealthcarefieldofvocationaleducationinChinaasanalysissamples. Focusingonantecedentvariablessuchasnterprisescale，profesionaltype，cooperationmotivation，cooperationmeasures，and cooperationontroltheefectivepathsforindustryeducationintegrationtompowerthectivationofsarthealthcaealentsin vocationaleducationareidentfied，whichre：theconfigurationofallandmedium-sizednterprises，medicalandaltted majors，cooperationmeasures，andcooperationcontrol;theconfigurationofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprises，cooperation motivation，cooperationmeasures，andcooperationontrol；andtheconfigurationoflargenterprises，medicalandealtelated majors，andcooperationcontrol.Finallthestudyputsforwardsugestionsforindustry-educationintegrationtoempowerand improvethequalityofthecultivationofsmarthealthcaretalentsinvocationaleducationfromaspectssuchasdeepeningschoolenterprisecoperationstrengtheningrofessoalitegrationandptizingcoperationmehanisms，providingplicablepractical guidance for both schools and enterprises.
