Research on Impact Factors ofKey-Pass Shots in RoboCup 2D

Abstract：RoboCup2Disaninternationalvirtualsimulatedrobotsocercompetitionwhereshotoptimizationiscrucialfor improvingagentwinratesincompetitivescenariosandhassignificantresearchvalueininteligentdecision-makingandtactical coordination.Addressngthelimitationoftraditionalmethodstattreatshotigasauniformactionandoverlookdiferencesin shootingstyles，thispaperproposesanoptimizedanalyticalapproachfocusingonkey-passshotsbasedonmodernfootballtheory Firstlykey-pasotsrelilfidinsiulaivioetndatisticalasisfagaataothey increase the success rate of shots by 10.9% compared to non-key-pass shots，confirming their strategic importance.To further exploretheinfluencingfactorsanXGBoost-basedclasificationmodelombinedwithSHAPforinterpretabityanalysisreealsthat assingpossesionandpassfrequencyintheshotingareaarethemainfactorsinfluencingkeypassshotformatio.Expermental results show that themodel achieves 92.1% classification accuracy on the test set，outperforming other benchmark models.
