Abstract：Thispaperfocusesonaddressngissuesfacedbypublicsecuritycollgesanduniversities，includingthebackward developmntoflargelanguagemodelcourses，thedisconnectionbetweencoursecasesandpublicsecurityaplications，andthelack ofexperimentalplatformsforlargelanguagemodels.Basedonthetheoriesandtechnologiesoflargelanguagemodelsaswellas theirpracticalaplicationsinpublicsecurityitproposesacurrculumsystemconstructionplanfortheeneraleducationcourse "LargeLanguageModelsandPublicSecurityAplications".Thisconstructionplanestablishesathre-dimensionalintegrated teachingsystemof"ToryandchologyacticalCasesExperimentalPlatfo，evelopafour-evelclasifidsesitidcae databaseandanexperimentalsystemplatformsynchronizedwithpublicsecurityapplications，andinnovatesteachingandassesset methods.Thisconstructionplancanprovideareferencepathforthegeneraleducationoflargelanguagemodelsinpublicsecurity colegesanduniversies，andontributetothereformofpublicsecurityteachingandthecultivationofsmartpolicingtalents.
