【摘要】目的：分析多模式分层心理护理在初产妇无痛分娩中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2020年5月—2022年11月的86例初产妇，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取多模式分层心理护理。结果：观察组的产后出血、新生儿窒息、宫颈裂伤和会阴裂伤发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05），护理后，两组的产痛伤害、胎儿健康、医疗护理和自我控制评分均明显（P0.05），护理后，两组的分娩自我效能期望值及分娩结局期望值均明显降低（P

Observation on the application effect of multimodal stratified psychological nursing in painless delivery of primiparous women

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application effect of multimodal stratified psychological nursing in painless delivery of primiparous women. Method： 86 primiparous women from May 2020 to November 2022 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received multimodal stratified psychological nursing. Results： The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage， neonatal asphyxia， cervical laceration， and perineal laceration in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P0.05）. After nursing， the scores of labor pain， fetal health， medical care， and self-control in both groups were significant （P0.05）.
