血涂片分析在血常规检验中的应用价值评价

【摘要】目的：探讨并了解血涂片分析在临床血常规检验中的应用效果及价值。方法：选取我院2021年10月—2022年10月期间的60例进行血常规检验的患者为本次研究对象。所有患者分别采用血细胞分析仪以及血涂片分析技术进行血常规检验，分别对比两种检查方式的临床检验结果及有效性。结果：通过血细胞分析仪以及血涂片分析技术进行血常规检验，检验结果表明，血涂片分析技术对于嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、淋巴细胞以及单核细胞等异常形态白细胞分类异常的检出具有显著效果，组间存在差异（P

Evaluation of the application value of blood smear analysis in blood routine test

【Abstract】Objective： To explore and understand the application effect and value of blood smear analysis in clinical blood routine test. Methods： 60 patients who underwent routine blood test in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. Blood routine tests were performed by blood cell analyzer and blood smear analysis techniques in all patients， and the clinical test results and effectiveness of the two methods were compared respectively.
