【摘要】目的：分析产后综合康复护理干预对产妇的护理效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2022年3月的120例产妇，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取产后综合康复护理干预。结果：观察组的痔疮、乳房胀痛、肌肉酸麻、子宫复旧不良、产后出血和排尿障碍发生率明显低于对照组（P0.05），护理后，两组产妇照顾婴儿的能力、适应母亲角色的能力、喂养婴儿的能力及角色的幸福感评分均明显升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the nursing effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on postpartum women. Method： 120 postpartum women from January 2021 to March 2022 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care， while the observation group received postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention. The incidence of hemorrhoids， breast pain， muscle soreness， poor uterine involution， postpartum hemorrhage， and urinary disorders in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P0.05） in the ability of the two groups of mothers to take care of the baby， adapt to the mother’s role， feed the baby， and score happiness in the role. 在分娩后，产妇因为受到多种因素的影响，极易出现产后心理异常症状，据报道，产后产妇的角色转换障碍率为大约为6%～10%，产妇负面心理率大约为15%～30%，特别是剖宫产产妇，术后需要较长的恢复时间，术后切口疼痛和产后长期卧床均会加重产妇的负面心理，不但不利于产后身体机能的快速恢复，而且会使产妇产后对新生儿出现排斥心理，甚至会拒绝母乳喂养，对母婴健康均会产生不良的影响[1-2]。（剩余4389字）
