The application value of spinal anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine in elderly hip replacement surgery

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the application value of spinal anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine in elderly hip replacement surgery. Method： 70 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups received spinal anesthesia， while the observation group received a combination of dexmedetomidine.
