【摘要】目的：分析米非司酮联用桂枝茯苓丸治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法：选取我院2021年1月—2022年6月的150例子宫肌瘤患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组采取米非司酮，观察组联用桂枝茯苓丸。结果：治疗前，两组的HBV、PAR、PV、Hb、肌瘤体积和LBV水平无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，两组的HBV、PAR、PV、Hb、肌瘤体积和LBV水平均明显改善（P0.05），治疗后，两组的倦怠乏力、乳房胀痛、月经过多、小腹胀痛和经期延长症状评分均明显降低（P

Clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling pills in the treatment of uterine fibroids

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling pills in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods： 150 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group took mifepristone， and the observation group took mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling pills. Results： Before treatment， there was no significant difference in HBV， PAR， PV， Hb， fibroid volume and LBV levels between the two groups（P>0.05）. After treatment， the HBV， PAR， PV， Hb， fibroid volume and LBV levels in the two groups were significantly improved （P0.05）.
