【摘要】目的：探析良性前列腺增生诊治中经尿道前列腺电切术的运用效果。方法：研究选取我院2014年1月—2022年12月间收治行不同术式手术治疗的良性前列腺增生患者，39例常规开放术式治疗、39例经尿道前列腺电切术治疗，分别纳入对照组和观察组。对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组手术平均耗时、尿管留置耗时、住院时间均短于对照组，术中失血量少于对照组（P0.05）；术后可见国际前列腺症状评分、生命质量评分、残余尿量均低于对照组，最大尿流率高于对照组（P

Clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate in diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of transurethral resection of prostate in the diagnosis and treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： Patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who received different surgical treatments in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2022 were selected， 39 cases of conventional open surgical treatment and 39 cases of tranthral resection of prostate were included in the control group and the observation group， respectively. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results： The average operation time， catheter indwelling time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group， and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group（P0.05）.
