【摘要】目的：分析对荨麻疹患者予以桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗的安全性和有效性。方法：分析对象选自于2021年10月—2022年10月在我院就诊的荨麻疹患者76例，随机方法分组分析，38例予以常规治疗者纳入对照组，38例予以桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗者纳入试验组，对治疗效果进行对比和分析。结果：与对照组患者（不良反应28.95%）对比，试验组治疗安全性（不良反应5.26%）较高（P0.05）；与对照组患者对比，试验组治疗后中医症状积分（1.97±0.05）分明显较低，住院时间（10.10±0.55）d明显较短（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the safety and effectiveness of Guizhi and Keel Oyster decoction in the treatment of urticaria. Methods： The analysis objects were selected from 76 patients with urticaria treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022， and were randomly grouped. 38 patients receiving conventional treatment were included in the control group， and 38 patients receiving Guizhi and Kegu oyster decoction plus or without treatment were included in the experimental group， and the therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed.
