【摘要】目的：分析安全护理在慢阻肺患者护理中的应用价值。方法：选取我院2019年7月—2022年7月的200例慢阻肺患者，随机将其分为两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取安全护理。结果：护理前，两组的心理健康度、社会关系、生活环境满意度、精神健康和独立能力评分无明显差异（P>0.05），护理后，两组的心理健康度、社会关系、生活环境满意度、精神健康和独立能力评分均明显升高（P0.05），护理后，两组的FEV1 /FVC、VCmax、MVV和FEV1%预期值均明显升高（P

Application value of safety nursing in nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the application value of safety nursing of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods： 200 patients with COPD in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received safety nursing. Results： Before nursing， there was no significant difference in the scores of mental health， social relations， satisfaction with living environment， mental health and independence between the two groups （P>0.05）. After nursing， the scores of mental health， social relationship， satisfaction with living environment， mental health and independence ability of the two groups were significantly increased （P0.05）.
