【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of responsibility grouping nursing in nursing management of open psychiatric ward. Methods A total of 90 patients were included in this study， all of whom were psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital. The patients were randomly divided into 45 control groups and 45 observation groups. Those who performed routine nursing were divided into control groups and those who performed responsibility group nursing were divided into observation groups. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Comparing the severity of psychotic symptoms between the control group and the observation group， there was no significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups before nursing（P>0.05）.
