【摘要】目的：研究整体护理在慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭护理中的应用效果。方法：于本院2020年1月—2022年9月收治的60例慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者，随机分为两组，对照组（30例，常规护理）和观察组（30例，整体护理）。结果：观察组慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭患者收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率、脉搏低于对照组，总满意度高于对照组，护理后FVC、FEV1、FVC/FEV1高于对照组，护理后6分钟步行距离、SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异显著（P

Application value of holistic nursing in nursing of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods： Sixty patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into two groups： control group （30 cases， routine nursing） and observation group （30 cases， holistic nursing）.Results： The systolic blood pressure， diastolic blood pressure， respiratory rate and pulse of patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group， and the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. The FVC， FEV1， FVC/FEV1 after nursing were higher than those in the control group， and the walking distance and SF-36 quality of life score after nursing were higher than those in the control group. 慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭反复发作概率较高，导致患者治疗信心较低，因此治疗过程中必须加强护理干预提高患者护理依从性，也可以通过加强运动以及呼吸功能的锻炼提高患者运动耐量，这样可以达到延长患者寿命、提高患者生活质量的目的[1-2]。（剩余3441字）
