【摘要】目的：分析精细化护理对支原体肺炎患儿的影响。方法：选取我院2019年7月—2022年7月的70例支原体肺炎患儿，随机将其分成两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取精细化护理。结果：观察组的退热时间、肺部阴影消失时间、气促消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间和心率恢复时间明显短于对照组（P0.05），护理后，两组患儿的两组社会功能评分、情感功能评分、角色功能评分和生理功能评分对比明显升高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the influence of fine nursing on children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods： 70 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received fine nursing. Results： The antipyretic time， disappearance time of lung shadow， disappearance time of dyspnea， disappearance time of lung moist rale， disappearance time of cough， hospitalization time and recovery time of heart rate in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P0.05）.
