【摘要】肝素诱导性血小板减少症是一种由药物免疫介导的不良反应引起的血小板减少，临床主要表现为血小板计数减低，伴或不伴有血栓形成。本文回顾2022年10月17日于浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院就诊治疗中发现的肝素诱导性血小板减少症1例，并文献复习。

Heparin induced thrombocytopenia caused by preventive anticoagulation in hemodialysis： a case report

【Abstract】Heparin induced thrombocytopenia is a kind of thrombocytopenia caused by adverse reactions mediated by drug immunity. Its clinical manifestations are mainly decreased platelet count with or without thrombosis. A case of heparin induced thrombocytopenia was found in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine on October 17， 2022， and the literature was reviewed.
