Analysis of clinical effect of postpartum rehabilitation instrument + massage for puerperal puerperal prolactation

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of manual massage and postpartum rehabilitation instrument in postpartum lactation. Methods： 98 cases of full-term parturients in inpatient department of our hospital were selected from 2021.11 to 2022.10. Random number method was used for grouping analysis. 49 cases of parturients who received routine breast-feeding guidance were divided into the control group， and 49 cases of parturients who received manual massage + postpartum rehabilitation instrument were divided into the observation group， and the intervention effects were compared and analyzed.
