【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the therapeutic effect of colelectrootomy in the treatment of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions. Methods： 60 patients of cervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions were randomly selected from August 2021 to August 2022， and divided into experimental group and control group. 30 patients in each group were respectively. 子宫鳞状上皮内病变是从复层鳞状上皮深层细胞结构发生的异常变化开始逐渐延伸到上皮全层细胞的显著癌变过程，是一种癌前病变表现，其不仅可能进展成宫颈浸润癌，也可能会回归到正常上皮，一般轻度病变或是中度病变在刺激下可能会停止进展甚至逆转成正常上皮，但是也可能会受到刺激而演变成重度病变。（剩余4019字）
