【摘要】目的：分析卡托普利联合缬沙坦对高血压患者的疗效。方法 选取我院2019年1月～2021年1月的96例高血压患者，随机将其分成为两组。对照组单用缬沙坦，观察组联用卡托普利。结果 治疗前，两组的dSBP、24 h SBP、nSBP、dDBP、24 h DBP和nDBP无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，两组的dSBP、24 h SBP、nSBP、dDBP、24 h DBP和nDBP均明显降低（P0.05），治疗后，两组的dSBPV、24 h SBPV、nSBPV、dDBPV、24 h DBPV和nDBPV均明显降低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the curative effect of captopril combined with valsartan on hypertensive patients. Methods： A total of 96 hypertensive patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received valsartan alone， and the observation group received captopril combined with valsartan.
