心理护理干预对妊娠剧吐患者的效果评价

【摘要】目的：探讨心理干预对妊娠剧吐患者的影响。方法：选取2021年4月—2022年4月本院收治的70例妊娠剧吐患者，应用随机数表法，随机均分为两组，对照组患者（n=35）用常规护理，观察组患者（n=35）则在常规护理基础上运用心理护理，评价两组患者护理后效果。结果：两组患者经过护理干预后，观察组满意度（94.29%）高于对照组（77.14%）；观察组症状缓解率（100.00%）高于对照组（82.86%）；观察组焦虑评分（35.26±5.12）分、抑郁评分（35.89±5.22）分低于对照组的（44.78±5.56）分﹑（44.26±5.64）分，差异具有统计学意义（P

Effect evaluation of psychological nursing intervention on patients with hyperemesis gravidarum

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the influence of psychological intervention on hyperemesis gravidarum patients. Methods： 70 cases of hyperemesis gravidarum patients admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method. Patients in the control group （n=35） were treated with routine nursing， and patients in the observation group （n=35） were treated with psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing， and the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated. Results： After nursing intervention， the satisfaction of observation group （94.29%） was higher than that of control group （77.14%）. The symptom remission rate of observation group （100.00%） was higher than that of control group （82.86%）.
