【摘要】目的：探讨中医正骨松解手法在促进踝关节手术患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法：采取数字随机法将我院收治的110例踝关节骨折术后患者分成甲乙两组各55例，分别给予其术后常规护理与中医正骨松解手法干预，对比分析两组患者术后肢体功能改善情况。结果：甲组治疗优良率为78.18%，同乙组的94.55%比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），而经对应治疗后，两组患者两项评分均显著增高，且乙组增高幅度更为显著，同甲组比较，差异有统计学意义（P
