【摘要】目的：探讨精神动力分析团体治疗对社区恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的疗效评价。方法：收集240例伴随有焦虑情况的社区恶性肿瘤患者，时间在2019年1月—2020年6月时期，分组依据是随机法，分成了两组，各120例，干预组给予精神动力分析团体治疗，对照组给予常规随访。比较两组的生活质量改善情况。结果：干预后和入组时期相比，干预组在2月末、4月末、6月末的生活质量评分均发生了明显的变化（P0.05），并且干预组在2月末、4月末、6月末的生活质量评分比对照组优势更大，数据分析有显著性（P

Psychodynamic analysis intervention and efficacy evaluation of group therapy on quality of life of community patients with malignant tumors

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the effect of psychodynamic analysis group therapy on the quality of life of community patients with malignant tumors.Methods： 240 community cancer patients with anxiety were collected from January 2019 to June 2020. They were divided into two groups based on random method， with 120 cases in each group. The intervention group was given psychodynamic analysis group treatment， and the control group was given routine follow-up. The improvement of quality of life between the two groups was compared. Results： After the intervention， compared with the enrollment period， the quality of life scores of the intervention group at the end of February， April and June changed significantly （P0.05）.
