The basic connotation， development path and suggested measures for new quality productive forces in marine fisheries

Abstract：Productivity is the fundamental driving force behind the development of human society. The maritime power strategy requires new quality productive forces，and the high一quality development of marine fisheries also demands the accelerated cultivation and expansion of theseforces.Research indicates that thedevelopment path for new quality productive forces in marine fisheries involves enhancing innovation一driven growth，market一scale一driven growth，and institution一driven growth. It requires the colective efforts of the entire industry to make forward-looking arrangements，such as developing and establishing mariculture bases in the South China Sea， constructing artificial seawater aquaculture bases in central and western regions， strengthening the application of digital and artificial intellgence technologies，and promoting the quality enhancement and upgrading of traditional fisheries production capacity.
