Legal research on the protection of marine living resources in Bohai Sea

Abstract： The Bohai Sea possesses abundant marine biological resources. However，economic development has led to several issues in the process of resource utilization，including overfishing，water pollution，declining biodiversity，and marine ecosystem imbalance. This paper examines the current status of marine biological resources in the Bohai Sea and analyzes relevant laws and regulations for their protection. By identifying gaps in the existing conservation framework，the study aims to provide recommendations for improving marine environmental policies and biological resource management. The findings are expected to contribute to the sustainable development of marine biological resources in the Bohai Sea region.
