The influence of the usage time of Liquid Chromatography Column on the detection results of sulfonamides in aquatic Products*

Abstract：The influence of the use time of Liquid Chromatography Column on the detection data of sulfonamide compounds in aquatic products was tested and compared. The test showed that after the Liquid Chromatography Column was used for a period of time，the retention time of 12 sulfonamides were all reduced and the detection results of Sulfadiazine was decreased significantly owing to the variation of matrix effect，the stability of detection data can be maintained by changing a new Liquid Chromatography Column or changing the mobile phase gradient.
