Isolation，identification，and antibiotic susceptibility testing of Vibrio anguillarum from Cynoglossus semilaevis

Abstract：A dominant strain， ST7， was isolated from diseased Cynoglossus semilaeuis and identified as Vibrio anguillarum through morphological characteristics， physiological and biochemical tests，and 16S rRNA molecular analysis. Additionally，the isolated strain was subjected to antibiotic susceptibility testing with 3O antimicrobial agents. The results demonstrated that ST7 exhibited high sensitivity to the following antibiotics： piperacilin， midecamycin，polymyxin B，trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole （TMP/SMZ），ciprofloxacin，norfloxacin，ofloxacin，doxycycline，minocycline，tetracycline，cefuroxime，cefoperazone，ceftriaxone，ceftazidime，chloramphenicol，and furazolidone.
